The list of participants includes professional conductors from Lithuania, Sweden, Switzerland, Hong Kong, China, South Korea, Brazil, Canada and the United States. The first part of the course in August takes place at the Palace of Culture in Kroměříž, and the second part at the Congress Centre in Zlín, when the Orchestra will appear in full scale. The highlight of the first part of the workshop will be a public performance on 12th August 2016 at the castle in Kroměříž. This concert is also part of the 'Music in the Gardens and Castle' Festival.

The workshop tutors will be well-known figures such as Kirk Trevor (USA), Tomáš Netopil (Czech Republic), Luke Dollman(Australia) and Atso Amila (Finland).
